You can return or exchange any product within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

The item is unused and in its original condition
It includes the original box, packaging, and accessories
You have the original receipt or order number

📌 If the item is defective or incorrect, we cover all return shipping costs.

✅ Item arrived damaged or has a manufacturing defect
✅ Product doesn’t match the description on the website
✅ You changed your mind, and the product is still sealed

❌ Items purchased on clearance or with final-sale labels

❌ Damage caused by misuse or mishandling

We’ll arrange product pickup from your address
Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method

A replacement product is shipped after receiving the returned item

🟨 Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it’s shipped, with no fees
After shipment, cancellation is subject to return & delivery charges

🟧 Warranty on Electrical Appliances

All appliances sold by MrPricee come with official warranty from authorized agents
Warranty duration depends on product type and brand
Original invoice is required to claim warranty
Service is provided through authorized service centers only
